If I could give 100 stars I would! I came to this shop stressed out after getting the run around from just about every shop in town. My car was smelling like gas and I pulled up told them I was scared and they checked me out right away. They didn’t know if I was going to spend money with them or not and still treated me like a priority when I said I’m smelling gas. They looked at my car and found the problem right away! Explained everything to me without making you feel dumb. I decided to go with them to get it fixed and the price was reasonable for a full pump change. They were honest nice caring and not many places left like this. They all had a cool vibe to everyone laughing and joking with each other. I will be back!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!

Our only vehicle had a starter failure and we needed help right away. We stopped in and explained our situation to Ms.Kitty. She was very polite and understanding of our situation as we were also absorbing rental car charges. She gave us a very reasonable estimate for the needed repairs and approximate time frame to complete the repair. Ms.Kitty also recommended a towing service that was very reliable and reasonable. We took her recommendation for the tow to her shop. The tow company responded within an hour..outstanding! Approximate 2 hours after our van arrived at her shop, she was calling us to tell us our van was repaired! We couldn't even believe it! Ms. Kitty was absolutely wonderful in being sympathetic to our situation an acted quick to help us. Thank You Ms.Kitty to you and your staff. She appreciated our business and helped us so much! We highly recommend Fairfield Auto Service for your service needs 10 Stars! Jamie & Amber Allen
